Our Mission
To train and unite maritime youth leaders in research, engineering, and coastal stewardship — strengthening the Konkan region’s capacity for marine innovation, emergency response, and international naval cooperation. Our goal is to draw on the expertise and military experience of navy officers to actively advance initiatives for a safer, more resilient, and better world.
